Q: What do you use to ship and how long does it take?
A: I normally use USPS for all products. First class shipping (1-3 days processing, 3-5 delivery) is used for almost all products except Kigurumi, which uses Medium Flat Rate Priority for Child Kigus and Large Flat Rate Priority for Adult Kigus. Priority is 1-3 days delivery and 1-3 days processing depending on location.
Q: Do you take commissions?
A: I do take commissions for cosplay through either my Facebook or Instagram pages, with reference pictures, budget, location, and due date required. If you are looking for merch customization, like a larger size fanny pack or a unique t-shirt design, you can shoot me a message here or on my Etsy page and I'll be happy to discuss what you're looking for!
Q: Do you do refunds or exchanges?
A: Due to the made to order nature of my items, each item is made with the specifications in the order placed, so unfortunately I do not. If there are any shipping difficulties I would recommend contacting USPS with the tracking number provided with each order for inquiries about location and arrival. I do not accept responsibility for incorrect addresses after purchase, so if an incorrect address is submitted with your order, you are responsible for informing me so that it may be corrected and/or paying for the additional shipping if it needs to be resent after it is returned to sender.
Q: Can you do rush orders?
A: Any items needed in a timeframe beyond what is listed it would be best to contact me so I can create a custom listing for you with priority shipping. For holidays I would give about 4 weeks beforehand since USPS can get swamped during those high traffic times.
